Ministry Report – November 2012

We thank all of you for your prayers and support. We have had a very busy Fall so far, and anticipate busy times ahead. This summary report should give you an idea of what’s been going on here as we reach out to bring God’s word to God’s world.

The Lord has given us a vast field of ministry. In the 30 days prior to the compiling of this report (10/29/2012) our on-line resources have been visited by 1,816 unique visitors, most of them returned for further studies. They collectively used 4,155 articles, lessons, and pages on our site. This chart shows the top 50 countries using our materials during those recent 30 days. Several e-mail exchanges with users have attempted to direct them to answers based upon the Bible speaking for itself.

My commentaries on the Westminster Shorter Catechism, The Book of Romans, and Psalm 51 are now complete and available on our website. Our Thursday webcasts are working through the Westminster Confession using my commentary through that document. We also deal with special topics submitted to us.

Representing the Institite I participated on a panel in a public forum at St. Petersburg College dealing with principles to follow when voting for civil leaders. I represented the Reformed Christian position. At the invitation of Grace Community PCA in Palm Harbor I developed that material into a seminar, “How Shall We Then Vote?” which was presented in their facility on October 5th. The text of that seminar is available as an article on our website.

I have also kept busy teaching two Community Group Bible studies through my notes on the book of Romans through Christ the King PCA (Seminole, FL). It was also my pleasure to deliver the sermon during the evening joint Reformation Sunday worship service for the Pinellas County PCA congregations. My sermon there, “Iterative Reformation” is also available as an article on our Institute website.

We welcome the support of individuals and churches to partner with us in expanding our outreach and providing sound biblical studies without cost to the lost, and to hungry believers everywhere.

Yours by grace alone: Bob Burridge (executive director)
